Current Vacancies

Full time Accounts Assistant (Home based)

We require a full time Accounts Assistant with experience using Sage and Microsoft Excel, located within 50 miles of Milton Keynes

Reporting to the Financial Controller duties will include:
- Responsibility for the sales and purchase ledgers
- Processing invoices
- BACS and cheque payment runs
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Generating sales invoices and monthly statements
- Processing and allocating payments & monthly bank reconciliations
- Production and control of maintenance contracts
- Processing staff expenses
- Progressing outstanding debtor payments
